双极射频消融治疗风湿性心脏病合并心房颤动的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察风湿性心脏病合并心房颤动患者接受双极射频消融治疗的临床效果。方法搜集2013年9月~2014年9月我院风湿性心脏病合并心房颤动37例,依据不同治疗方式将其分组。对照组治疗时接受单极射频消融,共18例;研究组治疗时接受双极射频消融,共19例。观察比较两组疗效。结果两组比较,研究组术中主动脉阻断及转流时间较短(P<0.05),房颤消除率较高(P<0.05),差异显著。结论风湿性心脏病合并心房颤动患者接受双极射频消融治疗,效果可靠。 Objective Clinical effect of bipolar radiofrequency ablation in treatment of rheumatic heart disease complicated with atrial ifbrillation is to be studied.Methods Choose 37 patients of rheumatic heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation who are treated in hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into two groups according to different treatment methods. 18 patients in control group are given monopolar radiofrequency ablation treatment, and 19 patients in study group are given bipolar radiofrequency ablation treatment; and then compare treatment effects between two groups.ResultsCompared to control group, patients’ aortic cross-clamping time and its bypass time in study group are much shorter (P〈0.05), and patients’ atrial ifbrillation elimination rate is much higher (P〈0.05), there is a treatment differential between two groups.Conclusion Bipolar radiofrequency ablation is of efficacy in treatment of rheumatic heart disease complicated with atrial ifbrillation; thus, such a reliable treatment method is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied widespread.
