摘要
实验通过用溶胶-凝胶法制备了以4YBO3-Si O2掺杂Ce3+的蓝色发光体,并采用激发和发射光谱分析研究了样品的发光特性和该发光体所需的最佳掺杂浓度。样品在426 nm波长的监测下,最佳激发波长为366 nm,掺杂Ce3+的最佳物质的量浓度为6%.
Experiments by sol - gel prepared 4YBO3-SiO2 doped with Ce^3+ blue light, and the use of excitation and emission spectroscopy to study the optimally doped sample and the light-emitting properties of the emitters required concentration. Volume concentration of the sample at a wavelength monitoring 426 nm, the optimal excitation wavelength of 366 nm, and the best Ce^3+ doped material is 6%.
