摘要
首先分析了中小物流企业的运营模式和供应链视角下中小物流企业存在的问题,接着阐述了中小物流企业管理现状及问题,进而从运营模式及管理视角提出中小物流企业竞争力提升的对策。
In this paper, we first analyzed the operational mode of the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises and the problems existing therein from the perspective of the supply chain, then introduced the management status of these enterprises, and at the end, further proposed the countermeasures to improve their competitivity from the perspective of operation and management.
