合金镀铁技术在内燃机曲轴再制造的应用 被引量:1

摘要 曲轴是内燃机中重要零件,其制造工艺复杂、难度大、成本高,在回收的旧机中,曲轴能够重新回用的仅有20%左右。由于曲轴再制造技术要求高、再制造难度大,因此内燃机整机再制造厂家在曲轴再制造问题没有完全解决的情况下只能更换新曲轴。合金镀铁技术应用于曲轴再制造,有效地解决了曲轴再制造的难题,实际应用表明技术稳定可靠,并创造了显著的经济效益和社会效益。 Crankshaft is a key component in internal combustion engine. With high cost, crankshaft is complex and difficult to fabricate. In the recovery of waste engine, only about 20% of crankshafts can be reused. Due to the high requirements and great difficulty of crankshaft remanufacture, most remanufacturers of internal combustion engine have to replace the crankshafts before the problem of crankshaft remanufacture has not been fully resolved. Alloy iron - plating technology is an effective method in solving the problem of crankshaft remanufacture. Practical applications show that alloy iron - plating technology is stable and reliable, and it has created a significant economic and social benefit.
