摘要
特厚煤层沿底掘进巷道在地质构造带常规锚杆锚索支护状况下,顶板极易弯曲下沉,并形成松动离层,无法有效支护。在实践经验基础上,通过分析顶板的不同破碎情况,提出采用锚杆、三眼锚索梁联合支护边锚索呈60°斜拉伸入到稳定煤层中的方式,结合在破碎煤层中穿钢针的方法进行支护,巷道顶板及围岩得到有效的控制。监测结果表明,顶板离层及巷道表面位移量满足巷道支护要求。
Aiming at the problems of bending sink roof, loose separation and inefficient supporting, the paper puts forward joint support of bolt, three eye anchor beam staying 60 ° extending into stable coal seam, combined with the method of needling through broken seam to control roadway roof and surrounding by analyzing roof of different broken situation on the basis of practical experience. Monitoring results show that roof separation and roadway surface displacement meets the demands of roadway support.
