摘要
分析了碟式分离机转子系统的机械结构和动力学特性,采用柔性转子系统动平衡理论,结合振型平衡法进行系统动平衡研究,基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台开发了一套碟式分离机的现场动平衡测试系统,该系统性能稳定,操作便捷,且动平衡效果良好,具有一定的工程应用价值。
The mechanical structure and dynamic characteristic of a dish centrifuge rotor system was analyzed in this paper. Some dy- namic balance research was completed based on the flexible rotor system theory, combined with the modal balancing method of dy- namic balance analysis system. A dynamic balance test system for disc centrifuge was set up on LabVIEW virtual instrument plat- form. It has stable performance, convenient operation and good effect of dynamic balance, being of a certain engineering application value.
