摘要
针对目前山西潞安煤基油示范项目因设计原因造成的蒸汽放空严重现象,提出了新建3套乏汽回收系统和1套凝结水处理系统的改造方案。改造实施后低品位蒸汽得到了有效利用,对蒸汽和凝结水所含的热量进行了回收利用,节能效果明显。
Based on the current serious steam evacuation phenomenon caused by design defect in coal-based compound fuel oil project, three schemes of exhausted steam recovery and a plan of condensate treatment are proposed in this paper. Low grade steam is effec- tively utilized after the implementation of this technical renovation. The heat of steam and condensate is reclaimed and utilized. Energy saving effect is obvious.
