摘要
利用饱和脂肪酸和偶联剂作为复合改性剂对碳酸钙晶须进行改性研究,研究了复合比、改性温度、改性时间、搅拌速度、改性剂用量等因素对改性效果的影响,选择活化指数和沉降体积对改性效果进行表征。结果表明:在复合比1.5∶1、改性温度80℃、改性时间30min、搅拌速度250r/min、改性剂用量3%时,可以有效提高碳酸钙晶须的疏水亲油性。对改性前后碳酸钙晶须进行IR检测及分析,并对改性机理进行了分析。
Surface modification to calcium carbonate whiskers are researched with saturated fatty acid and coupling agent as compound modifier, focusing on impacts of composite ratio, modification temperature, modification time, stirring speed and dosage of modifier and other factors on medication effect, choo- sing the activation index and the sedimentation volume as charac- terization to the modification results. The results showed that with composite ratio of 1.5 :1, modification temperature 80 ℃, modification time 30 min, stirring speed 250 r/min and dosage of modifier 3 %, its hydrophobic lipophilicity could be improved ef- fectively. Calcium carbonate whiskers before or after modification were tested and analyzed by IR and the modification mechanism was also analyzed.
