摘要
针对无序开采给小煤矿破坏区所带来的问题,介绍了在山西地区使用的ZZJ3800/27/67支护支架机构和特点。分析了支架组的液压系统原理及元部件的选用,完成了该支架控制系统的设计。实践证明该控制系统可靠,保证了支架的良好使用。
According to disorder mine exploitation what happened in the Mini-type coal mine destructive area,introduced technical parameter for ZZJ3800/27/67 hydraulic support in Shanxi. selection hydraulic parts of the hydraulic support and analyze hydraulic control theory ,the hydraulic control system is designed. Practical result testified that the hydraulic support has runninz reliability.
