摘要
利用Pro/E软件建立联轴器的几何模型,导入ANSYS软件中对尼龙和橡胶2种填充材料的联轴器进行稳态热分析、瞬态热分析及热应力耦合分析。分析结果表明:与尼龙材料相比,橡胶填充材料的联轴器导热性差,联轴器整体的温升慢,产生的热应力低于材料的许用应力,可以使联轴器的使用寿命延长,适合于高温、高转速、大扭矩的传动轴联接。
The geometric model of the coupling was established based on pro/E software; second, steady/transient state thermal analysis and thermal stress coupling analysis of the models were conducted by using ANSYS software. The results indicated that the thermal stress is the main reason for the failure of couplings. Compared to nylon filler coupling, rubber filler coupling has a smaller thermal stress due to its' poor thermal conductivity, which can prolong the eoupling's service life. Therefore, rubber filler coupling is suitable for coupling the high temperature, high speed, high torque transmission shaft.
