摘要 为实现我国煤矿企业的安全生产,设计了一种基于AVR单片机与C++Builder的煤矿瓦斯监控系统。该监控系统对气体传感器所采集的瓦斯浓度数据进行处理,通过RS-485串口通信将转换好的数据传输至计算机进行监控,实现了各个参数的实时显示,并将所得数据存储到SQL数据库中。该系统可靠性高、结构简单,适合很多中小型煤矿企业。 In order to make sure of the safty in production of coal enterprises in our country, this paper designs a gas monitoring system based on AVR MCU and C ++Builder within the coal mine. The monitoring system processes the data of gas density collected by gas sensors, and transmits converted data to the computer for monitoring through RS-485 serial port communication. In this way, the various parameters can be displayed in a real-time way and the obtained will be stored in SQL database. The system with the advantage of high reliability and simple strueture is suitable for many small and medium-sized coal mine enterprises.
