不同酸洗磷化工艺对精密零件尺寸的影响

摘要 中低碳钢精密件采用37%或20%盐酸溶液酸洗后进行磷化实验。结果表明,精密件在37%的盐酸溶液中酸洗内径尺寸增加0.039~0.048μm/s,在20%的盐酸溶液中酸洗内径尺寸增加0.025~0.042μm/s;在37%的盐酸溶液中酸洗外径尺寸减小0.049~0.055μm/s,在20%的盐酸溶液中酸洗外径尺寸减小0.030~0.044μm/s。磷化后尺寸增加约为4~10μm,为精密件设计提供参考。 Machinery precision parts made of medium-carbon steel and low-carbon steel had been pickled by HCl with the concentration of 37% and 20%,and then phosphated. Experimental results showed that the inner circle diameter increased by 0. 039 ~ 0. 048 μm / s in 37% HCl pickling,and increased by0. 025 ~ 0. 042 μm / s in 20% HCl pickling. The outer circle diameter decreased by 0. 049 ~ 0. 055 μm / s in 37% HCl pickling,and increased by 0. 030 ~ 0. 044 μm / s in 20% HCl pickling. After phosphating the diameter increased by 4 ~ 10 μm.
