摘要
有机碳以及铁、钛作为煤系高岭土中的主要杂质,对高岭土白度等指标有较大的影响。本实验基于煤系高岭土中有机碳与高岭土较大的密度差异,采用重力分选预先脱除有机碳以及铁、钛杂质,得到纯度较高且更适合进一步深加工的高岭土产品,同时避免了煤系高岭土中有机碳直接被煅烧而造成的能源浪费。
Organic carbon, iron and titanium, the main impurities of the kaolinite in coal measures, has great influence on the whiteness of kaolinite. So it should be removed to improve the quality of kaolinite. Based on the density difference between Organic carbon and kaolinite in kaolinite in coal measures, gravity separation was used to remove the organic carbon, iron and titanium to get high purity kaolinite which is more suitable for further processing, the waste of energy by calcination is also avoided.
