摘要 研究发酵黄芪粉对奶牛抗氧化性能及血液代谢的影响。对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组奶牛分别饲喂含10、20和30g/(头·d)发酵黄芪粉的基础日粮。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加适量发酵黄芪粉可显著降低奶牛血清丙二醛含量,提高血清总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,降低奶牛血清尿素氮含量;但对奶牛血清葡萄糖和白蛋白影响不显著。发酵黄芪粉以20g/(头·d)的添加量效果较好。 The effects of fermented Astragalus powder on antioxidant capacity and blood metabolite of dairy cows were studied.The cows in control group were fed the basal diet and the cows in the trial groupⅠ,ⅡandⅢ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10,20 and 30g/(cow·d)fermented Astragalus powder,respectively.The result showed that:compared with the control group,the supplementation of fermented Astragalus powder significantly decreased the content of malondialdehyde and urea nitrogen in serum,and significantly increased total antioxidant capacity,the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in serum,but there was no significant effect on the content of glucose and albumin in serum.The basal diet with 20g/(cow·d)fermented Astragalus powder had better improvement..
