电磁搅拌频率对半固态A356铝合金初生α相和铈分布的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Electromagnetic Stirring Frequency on Primary α Phase and Distribution of Cerium in Semisolid A356 Alloy

摘要 利用低过热度浇注和电磁搅拌技术制备半固态A356-Ce铝合金浆料。探讨了电磁搅拌频率对半固态初生α相形貌和Ce在凝固组织中的分布的影响。研究结果表明:在半固态A356-Ce合金浆料的制备过程中,电磁搅拌频率对半固态初生相的形貌以及Ce的分布影响很大,通过实验研究获得了制备半固态A356-Ce铝合金浆料的合适工艺参数,即在浇注温度为620℃,保温温度590℃,保温时间为10 min,稀土添加量为0.4%,搅拌时间为15s的条件下,搅拌频率为30 Hz的晶粒细化效果最佳,其平均形状因子为0.80,平均等级圆直径为76.1μm,稀土分布也更均匀。 The semisolid A356-Ce alloy slurry was prepared by low superheat pouring and electromagnetically stirring. The effect of the electromagnetic stirring frequency on the morphology of primary α phase and distribution of Ce in semisolid A356 alloy was investigated. The results indicated that the effect of the frequency on the morphology of primary α phase and distribution of Ce is great during the preparation of semisolid A356-Ce alloy slurry. The suitable preparing parameters were obtained by the experiment. When the A356 melt with addition of 0. 4% Ce was poured at 620 ℃ and stirred at electromagnetic frequency 15 Hz for 15 s,and then isothermally held at 590 ℃ for10 min,there were the better refinements on the primary α phase in semisolid A356-Ce alloy,in which the average shape factor reached 0. 80 and the average equal-area circle diameter was 76. 1 μm,and the distribution of Ce was more uniform.
