摘要
目的探讨在婴幼儿肺功能检查中应用睡眠剥夺与水合氯醛配合镇静、催眠的临床效果。方法收集在我院进行肺功能检查的600例患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组300例(肺功能检查前口服水合氯醛,并配合短时间睡眠剥夺)和对照组300例(仅仅口服水合氯醛),比较两组患儿的镇静效果以及入睡时间。结果两组2-7个月年龄段患儿的镇静总有效率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组8个月-2岁、2-4岁年龄段的镇静总有效率分别为92.5%、85.2%,均显著高于对照组的81.3%、65.1%(P〈0.05)。两组2-7个月年龄段患儿的入睡时间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组8个月-2岁、2-4岁年龄段患儿的入睡时间均显著短于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论婴幼儿肺功能检查过程中,给予睡眠剥夺配合水合氯醛的镇静、催眠效果较好,可帮助患儿尽快入睡,确保检查顺利、安全地进行。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sleep deprivation combined with chloraldurate on the sedation and hypnosis of infants with pulmonary function test. Methods Six hundred cases of infants with pulmonary function test in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 300, oral administration with chloraldurate combined with short time sleep deprivation before test) and the control group (n = 300, oral administration with chloraldurate before test). The sedative effect and the time for falling asleep were analyzed. Results No statistical difference was found in the total effective rate of sedation of aged from 2 to 7 months between two groups (P 〉0.05), but the total effective rate of sedation of aged from 8 months to 2 years and aged from 2 to 4 years of observation group were 92.5% and 85.2% respectively, significantly higher than 81.3% and 65.1% of control group, respectively (P〈0.05). No statistical difference was found in the time for falling asleep of aged from 2 to 7 months between two groups (P 〉0.05), but the times for falling asleep of aged from 8 months to 2 years and aged from 2 to 4 years of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Sleep deprivation combined with chloraldurate during the pulmonary function test in infants has good sedative-hypnotic effect, which can help infants fall asleep as soon as possible, and ensure the smooth and safe of test.
