摘要
党的"十六大"提出了"发展和壮大县域经济"的口号,壮大县域经济是全面建设小康社会和解决"三农"问题的有效途径。利用因子分析法,通过构建与此相关的11个指标,对安徽省各县市的经济发展作出综合评价分析,得出了安徽省各县份经济发展水平的排名情况以及安徽县域经济发展的不均衡现状。据此提出优化当前安徽省县域经济发展水平的建议:政府应加大统筹力度,各县份应抓住自身特点发挥优势产业,提高县域经济的整体素质和核心竞争力,从而促进全省县域经济又好又快发展。
The 16th party congress has put forward the slogan of ＂ developing and strengthening county economy＂, which is the effective way to solve the problem of＂ agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ and construct a well--off socie ty. This paper builds the related 11 indexes to make comprehensive evaluation of theeeonomic development of counties in Anhui province by using the method of the factor analysis. It gets the results of the ranking of the counties in the economic developing level and the unbalanced development situation of the county economy. It put forward suggestion of optimizing the current level of the county economy development： the government should intensify their efforts to plan as a whole and counties should take its own industrial characteristic advantage so as to improve the overall quality and the core competitiveness.
