摘要
在转型发展背景下,如何继续保持体育教师教育传统,为基础教育培养合格、优质的体育师资,让地方高师体育教师教育在服务地方基础教育中谋求自身的生存与发展,是高师院校在转型中亟待解决的问题之一.加强地方高师与基础体育教育的互动和适切,探索以职业能力为核心的体育教师教育专业人才培养模式整体改革,是提高体育教师教育教学质量的重要途径.
Under the guidance of the newly - upgraded - college transformation policy,in order to seek sur-vival and development,one of the urgent problems higher normal universities are confronted with is how to serve the local basic education by developing competent PE teachers. For the purpose of improving PE teacher education quality,it is important for the normal universities to enhance interaction with the basic education institutions and explore a reformed PE teacher training model with the professional ability development as the core aim.
