摘要
随着积极组织行为学和心理资本理论研究的不断深入,企业员工心理资本对企业管理绩效的影响超过了其他资本,这种认识得到了企业和员工双方的认可。本文认为开发和提升酒店实习生心理资本,以心理资本之自我效能、心怀希望、情感乐观和韧性品质四要素为建设与开发基础,融合实习生心理资本建设和酒店人力资本开发、社会资本投入,最终促进高校实习生心理资本建设和酒店管理绩效的大幅度提升。
With the deepening of positive organizational behavior and psychology theory of capital, affect em- ployees" psychological capital on management performance more than any other capital, this understanding has been recognized by businesses and employees sides. This paper argues that the development and promotion Hotel intern psychological capital, self-efficacy of psychological capital, hopeful, optimistic and emotional toughness quality four elements of construction and development, based on integration intern psychological capital construction and hotel de- velopment of human capital, social capital investment, uhimately, significantly improving college intern psychological capital construction and hotel management performance.
