摘要
科学技术是推动社会进步与发展的第一生产力,而民主政治的成熟与否体现社会发达程度与否。科学技术的发展会对社会各个方面产生重大的影响,因此理解科学技术对民主政治的效用问题将有利于推动我国今后的民主政治建设,故而科学技术对民主政治的效用问题研究将是本文探讨的重点。
Science and technology is the first productive force to promote the social progress and development , and the maturity of democracy reflects the level of development of society .The development of science and technolo- gy will have a significant impact on all aspects of society .So with the help of understanding their utility will pro- mote the construction of democratic politics in our country around the corner.Therefore the utility issue of S＆T and democratic politics will be the focus of this paper .
