摘要
为了满足绿色产品设计的需要,对最能反映顾客声音的面向环境的质量功能展开方法进行了研究,提出利用绿色质量功能展开来获取产品的常规需求和环境需求,引入层次分析法求得用户需求的权重,并通过建立用户需求与技术特性的质量屋,从而生成绿色产品设计质量评价的指标体系,评价指标的权重由关系矩阵和用户需求权重系数求得。在此基础上,采取模糊综合评判法对绿色产品设计做出科学、合理的评价。最后以减速箱为例,说明了该方法的实现流程和可行性。
In order to meet the needs of green product design,quality function deployment for environment( QFDE) which mostly reflects the voice of customers has been studied. A method getting regular requirements and environmental requirements of products on the basis of QFDE is presented. The weight of user requirements is calculated by analytic hierarchy process( AHP). By establishing the model of House of Quality( HOQ) for user needs and technical characteristics,green product design quality evaluation index system is generated. The weight of evaluation index is calculated through mathematical operation of relationship matrix and the weight coefficients of user needs. On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive judgment theory is applied to give a scientific and reasonable judgment of green product design. A reducer casing example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
