摘要
以场协同的视角探究脉动流强化传热的机理,搭建了三角槽道脉动流传热实验台,研究了Re为300和450两种情况下不同脉动频率时的换热效果,并模拟分析对应情况下流场内部的协同性能.研究发现:在实验频率下,脉动流可以使Nu数较稳态时增长50%,全场平均协同数则增加了近1倍.脉动流对协同性能的改善与流场内涡运动有着密不可分的联系,因为涡的生长壮大过程改善了温度场与速度场的协同,并由此强化了传热.
In order to study the mechanism in a pulsating flow by field synergy theory, heat transfer at different frequency when Re is 300 and 450 was investigated both experimentally and numerically. The results show that pulsating flow enhances Nu number by 50% and field synergy number by 100%, respectively, compared to that in steady flow. Such improvement is closely related to the motion of vortex, especially by the generation and growth process of vortex, which greatly improves the coordination of temperature and velocity field.
