摘要 某电厂汽轮机运行过程中在其中调门IN783合金螺栓的光杆处发生断裂。通过宏观和微观观察、化学成分和性能检测的基础上,对螺栓断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓断裂起源于中心孔壁,断口以沿晶脆性形貌为主,断裂性质为应力加速晶界氧化(SAGBO)脆性断裂;β时效处理不合格导致SAGBO抗力不足是螺栓发生断裂的主要原因。 A pressure regulator valve bolt made by alloy IN783 in a power plant was fractured at the position of bolt waist during operation. Based on macro and micro observation, chemical composition and mechanical property inspection, the fracture reason of bolt was investigated. The results showed that fracture originated from the center hole wall, the main characteristic of fracture was intergranular brittleness morphology, and the fracture mode was brittle fracture caused by stress accelerated grain boundary oxidative (SAGBO) ; the lower resistance of SAGBO due to aging treatment failure of β phases was the main case of fracture.
