Meta-modeling for virtual prototyping of complex product

摘要 为了有效地支持复杂产品虚拟样机的信息交换、共享、模型重用,以提高产品质量和效率,基于元建模理论,建立了复杂产品虚拟样机,设计了元模型。分析设计了元模型与学科元模型的映射关系,并实现了二者的转换,实例化得到虚拟样机运动仿真模型和优化模型。以某车辆自动变速器统一建模为例,说明了元建模在复杂产品建模中的应用,验证了统一集成建模的正确性、有效性与实用性。 To support information exchanging, sharing and model reuse of complex product Virtual Prototype (VP) effectively and to improve the quality and efficiency of product, the Design Meta-Model (DMM) for complex product VP was constructed based on meta-based modeling theory. The mapping relationship between DMM and discipline meta-model was analyzed and the transition between the two was realized. Thus the kinematic simulation model and optimization model of VP were obtained. A case of unified modeling of vehicle's Auto Transmission (AT) was used to prove the correctness, effectiveness and practicality of unified integrate modeling and demonstrate the application of meta-modeling in complex product modeling.
