摘要
目的:探讨推拿防治髌腱腱病的作用机理。方法:理论探讨。以中医整体观和"治未病"思想为指导,结合运动医学、运动生物力学、康复医学等相关交叉学科知识,探讨推拿防治髌腱腱病可能的作用机理。结果:首先,膝关节两端手法能够放松下肢的肌肉,减轻髌腱的应力负荷。其次,膝关节远端手法,能够松解粘连,解除神经受压,缓解下肢放射痛和肌肉紧张。再次,膝关节局部手法,能够激活髌腱组织重新修复,改善膝关节血液循环,加速代谢产物吸收,为髌腱修复创造良好的内部和外部环境。最后,运动关节类手法,能够纠正脊柱及下肢生物力学平衡。结论:推拿防治髌腱腱病,可以达到标本兼治的目的。
Objective : To study the treatment mechanism of Tuina to patellar tendinopathy. Methods : Study the treatment mecha- nism of Tuina to patellar tendinopathy theoretically by combining the overall concept and the preventing first idea of Traditional Chinese Medicine with sports medicine, sports biomechanics,rehabilitation medicine and related disciplines of knowledge. Results: First, Tuina can relieve stress load of the patellar tendon by relaxing the muscles at both ends of the knee joint. Secondly, Tuina can loosen adhesions,relieve nerve compression, sciatica and muscle tension. Once again, Tuina can make the tissue of patellar tendon active and stimulate it to re - grow. Tuina can create a good internal and external environment for the tissue repair of patel- lar tendon by improving blood circulation of the knee joint and accelerating the uptake of metabolites also. Finally, Tuina can re- cover the biomechanical balance of spinal and lower limb. Conclusion : Tuina can treat patellar tendinopathy both in symptoms and in root causes
