摘要
为研究徐州某矿区周边土壤重金属污染状况及土壤重金属污染对土壤酶活性的影响,以矿区固废矿堆为中心,在周边2公里范围内进行土壤采样,对矿区周边土壤酶活性和土壤中重金属的累积特性进行了检测和研究。重金属内梅罗污染指数评价得出,矿区周边土壤受到Cu轻度污染,未受到Zn、Pb污染,各采样点的Pb全量都超过土壤背景值,是背景值的4倍;不同种类重金属的含量与采样距离的变化趋势图存在差异;重金属Zn全量对蔗糖酶活性有显著抑制作用。
In order to study the status of heavy metals and its influence on the soil enzyme activities in the surrounding soil of a mineral district in Xuzhou, China, The accumulation characteristics of those heavy metals and the soil enzyme activities in soil of the Mine were detected and studied. The Nemero Pollution Index of heavy metals indicated that the surrounding soil of mining was light pollution by Cu, no pollution by Zn, Pb. The total amount of Pb heavy metal are all over the soil background value, it's maximum value of the total amount of Pb heavy metal is 4 times as high as the the soil background value. The variation trends of total amount of heavy metals with the sampling radius presented difference in different kinds of heavy metals. The sucrose enzyme activity was significantly inhibited by the stress of Pb heavy metal.
