摘要
本文提出了一种滴定测试三价铁盐含量的优化方法:增大待测样品的称样重量,并采用"先溶解再称量"替换传统"先称量后溶解"的前处理方法;避免了以往直接称量、溶解、EDTA滴定等测试过程中出现的测试结果波动大、数值准确度低的现象,对工业生产、节约成本有着重要的作用。本方法操作简便,结果更准确可靠,测试原理极具实践参考价值。
This paper presents an optimal method for titration test ferric content: increase the measure sample weight, and the use of "pretreatment method of dissolving and weight" to replace the traditional "first after weighting and dissolving", avoids the previous direct weighing, dissolving, EDTA titration test process big fluctuation and low accuracy. That is conducive to the control of the stability of the product in industrial production, saving the cost of production. This method is simple, accurate and reliable results, and has high practice value and popularization sense.
