摘要
目的:观察独活寄生汤治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:将157例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组82例患者采用西药常规治疗,治疗组75例患者在西药的基础上加用独活寄生汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,治疗组患者总有效率为97.4%,对照组患者总有效率为85.4%,组间临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者关节疼痛症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：Observation of clinical efficacy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods： 257 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the comparison group, 82 patients in the comparison group were received conventional western medicine treatment, 75 patients in the treatment group were given western medicine and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction integrated. Results ： We had the total effective rate of treatment group 97.4 %, comparison group 85.4 %. Conclusion： We received the good clinical efficacy with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
