摘要
量子管通环在石油、化工、冶炼、制药、食品加工等行业水处理领域都有成功应用案例,目前逐步进入电力行业,进行尝试性应用。某电厂在600MW机组循环系统中试验应用量子管通环,对循环水进行协助水质处理,以便达到减少传统水处理工艺中阻垢剂的使用量,适当提高循环水浓缩倍率,减少循环水系统排污,并确保系统不结垢,最终达到节约用水和降低药品消耗用量,提高机组运行的经济性。
Quantum rings have ever been successfully applied to the water treatment in the industry of petroleum, chemical engineering, refining, pharmacy, food processing, ect. Now this technology has been tentatively applied in the electric power industry. In a certain power plant, quantum ring was applied in the circulation system of 600 MW generator unit. Assistant treatment was condueted to circulating water in order to reduce the dosage of scale inhibitor of traditional water treatment process, appropriately improve the concentration ra- tio of circulating water, reduce the circulating water system emission, prevent the system from scaling, and eventually anchieve the purpose of saving water and reducing the dosage of drug consumption, and improving the economic benefit of unit operation.
