摘要
阐述了特色现代农业内涵与特点,并联系科研工作实际,分析了发展现代循环农业优势与实际需求,总结了作为典型案例的现代循环农业生产效益与内在机制;同时结合福建的资源特点与生产实际,提出了依靠科技创新与利益驱动,发展具有福建特色的现代农业的具体对策与建议:加强关键领域和产业链技术缺失环节的研发、拓展农业科技研发与成果推广应用的新思路、努力实现从科技创新到科技创业的有效转变、加强对台农业合作并借鉴应用先进配套技术、着力构建现代循环农业经营机制与技术体系。
This paper described the connotation and features of characteristic modern agriculture. Relating to the actu- al research work, this paper analyzed the advantages and the actual demand on the development of modern circular ag- riculture, and summarized the productivity effects and internal mechanism of modern circular agriculture as a typical case. Meanwhile, combining the resource characteristics and production actually in Fujian, this paper put forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions to develop modern agriculture with Fujian characteristics by depend on sci- tech innovation and benefit driven, which included strengthening the research and development of the missing techno- logical links in the key areas and industrial chain, expanding the new method on agricultural technical R^D and the popularization and application of the achievements, etc.
