摘要
1978年下半年开始试点、试办的农工商联合企业,在一定范围内冲击了旧的经济体制,收到了一些积极的经济效果。然而,由于受到旧有经济体制的限制、涉及的分工和利益调整复杂、农业生产力发展不平衡,以及政策倾斜不复存在,农工商联合企业并没有得到普遍推广。尽管如此,它仍是还原改革开放面貌时不应忽视的一个方面。作为力图改变农业落后局面的一次探索,其初衷值得肯定。
The pilot agriculture-industry-business joint enterprises starting from the second half of 1978, stroked the old economic system within a certain range, and received some positive economic effect. However, because of the limitation of the old economic system, the complex division of labor and interest adjustment, the imbalance of agricultural productivity development, and the policy privilege disappearing, the agricuhure-industry-business enterprises weren＇ t popularized. Even so, it should not be ignored when rebuilding the Reform and Opening-up appearance. As an exploration of changing the backward situation of agriculture, its original intention is worth- while to assert.
