摘要
探讨纳秒脉冲电场灭菌对舒心糖浆质量变化的影响作用。以性状、密度、p H值、有效成分黄芪甲苷含量为质量评价指标,考察纳秒脉冲电场灭菌对舒心糖浆的影响作用。舒心糖浆在经纳秒脉冲电场灭菌前后在外观、密度、p H值、黄芪甲苷含量均无明显变化。纳秒脉冲电场灭菌对舒心糖浆质量无影响,可作为一种新型灭菌方式来继续深入研究。
To discuss effect of nanosecond pulsed electric tion. According to character, density, pH ,content of active field sterilization on shuxin syrup' s quality of varia- ingredient- Astragaloside IV , shuxin syrup sterilized by nanosecond pulsed electric field was examined quality of variation. By comparison , shuxin syrup had little obvious var- iation on character density pH content of Astragaloside IV before and after sterilization. Nanosecond pulsed electric field sterilization has no effect on the quality of shuxin syrup, and it can be made as a new way of sterilization to be studied in further.
