摘要
针对链条炉炉渣残碳含量高、浪费严重和环境污染的问题,将炉渣与一定比例的原煤混合后送入循环流化床锅炉进行二次燃烧,以提高锅炉燃烧效率,降低煤耗。在循环流化床锅炉上进行冷态试验,可确定出不同底料层厚度下的工艺参数。不同煤渣比对锅炉运行影响的试验表明,煤渣混合质量比为1∶3时锅炉负荷最低,风机电耗和吨汽煤耗也最低。
As to the high residual carbon content of grate, pollution and serious waste problem, the coal slag mix with a certain percentage of raw coal conducts secondary combustion in circulating flnidized bed boiler to improve boiler combustion efi%iency and reduce coal consumption. Cold tests are conducted on the circulating fluidized bed boiler. Process parameters earl be determined in different base layers under the thickness. The impact of different ratio of cinder and coal to furnace operation shows that the mixed quality of cinder and coal is 1 : 3 reaches minimized boiler load. And wind electrical energy consumption and tons of steam coal consumption are the lowest.
