摘要
为提高麻疯树种子的利用效率,将云热-1号麻疯树种子分为≥0.60 g/粒、0.50~0.59g/粒、0.40~0.49 g/粒及〈0.40 g/粒共4个级别,研究其表观性状、萌发能力及苗木生长差异。结果表明,随单粒种子质量的增加,种子及其组成部分质量、种子及其种仁尺寸、种子发芽率和出苗率明显增加,劣质种仁比率则明显下降;质量较大种子的苗木各器官生长量及苗木质量指数明显大于质量较小种子;同一级别较大质量种子的苗木生长优势在不同播种季节也有差异。贮藏后,质量较小种子劣变较快,其中〈0.40 g/粒种子贮藏8个月后基本丧失萌发能力。表明本试验条件下种内质量小于0.40 g/粒的麻疯树种子不宜留作播种育苗使用。
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of Jatropha curcas L. seeds,the seeds of Yunre No. 1 were sorted into four grades which included single seed weight≥0. 60 g,0. 50—0. 59 g,0. 40—0. 49 g and 〈 0. 40 g,the difference of morphology,germination and seedling growth among the differant grades seeds. The results showed that the weight of seed and its compositions,the size of seed and its kernels,the seed germination rate and seedling emergence rate increased,and the marginal seed kernels rate obviously decreased with the increase of single seed weight. The results also indicated that the seedling biomass and seedling quality index of higher-mass seeds were more than that of lower-mass seeds,the higher-mass seeds had different seedling growth status in different seeding season in the same grade. In addition,the lower-mass seeds became worse quichly,the germination ability of seed of single seed weight 〈 0. 40 g had lost after eight months storage. Overall,the lower-mass seed(single seed weight〈 0. 40 g)of Jatropha curcas L. were not suitable for seeding.
