摘要
用HPLC法对4个国产肉粉中褪黑激素含量进行了测定,结果表明:用炼油后的油渣制作的肉粉,含有一定量的褪黑激素。该研究结果为国产肉粉在毛皮动物饲料中的合理使用提供参考。
Melatonin levels of 4 domestic meat meal samples were analyzed with HPLC method. The results showed that meat meal made of animal oil extract residue contained considerable amount of melatonin. This can be used as reference for reasonable application of domestic meat meal in fur ani- mal feed production.
