摘要
目的探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的外科护理学临床见习教学改革后学生的体验。方法通过分散见习、增加见习学时,小组教学等方法进行临床教学改革,收集学生见习反思报告资料,采用质性资料内容分析法进行分析。结果经分析共提炼出:理论与实践结合、同理心的培养、感悟沟通魅力、责任感的培养、终身学习意识的培养、团队协作能力的培养、职业情感的塑造等7个主题。结论在外科护理学临床见习教学中,采取分散见习、增加见习教学学时、小组教学等方法能够促进学生发展。
Objective To explore students' experience in the competence-oriented clinical teaching reform in surgery nursing. Methods The competency-oriented clinical teaching reform was conducted among 104 nursing students in surgical nursing. The outcomes were evaluated using students' feedback report by qualitative-content analysis. Results Seven themes were extracted, including the integration of theory and practice,cultivation of empa- thy,perception of good communication,cultivation of the sense of responsibility,cultivation of the consciousness of lifelong learning,cultivation of team spirit and formation of emotional emotion. Conclusion The competence-oriented clinical teaching reform in surgical nursing can promote the comprehensive development of nursing students.
