摘要 [目的]研究南方稻区土壤pH变化对稻米吸收镉的影响.[方法]重点分析了我国南方稻米主产区土壤pH对稻米吸收镉的影响,并探讨了不同区域在相同pH条件下稻米镉吸收系数差异性的原因.[结果]土壤pH变化对稻米镉吸收有显著影响,土壤pH在5~6时,稻米对土壤镉吸收能力最强,6~7时吸收系数下降明显,两者差异在1.4 ~7.4倍之间.水稻基因型差异性、土壤有机质、土壤质地等都对稻米吸收镉的能力产生影响,但影响程度远低于pH.数据分析表明,土壤Zn/Cd比也是影响水稻吸收镉的重要因素,高的土壤Zn/Cd往往会使稻米镉的吸收系数明显下降,这可能是导致在相同pH条件下不同区域稻米镉吸收系数差异性的重要原因之一.[结论]该研究可为科学管理农田提供一定的技术参考. [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the influence of soil pH on Cd absorption by rice in rice production region of South China. [ Method] The influence of soil pH on Cd absorption by rice in main rice production region of South China was studied. The reasons for difference of the absorption coefficient by rice under the same soil pH in the different research areas were also discussed. [ Result] The soil pH had a significant impact on rice Cd absorption coefficient. There was the largest absorption ability of Cd by rice with soil pH 5 - 6. The absorption coefficient decreased significantly when soil pH increasing from 6 to 7. The differences of the absorption coefficient of Cd by rice between soil pH 5 - 6 and soil pH 6 - 7 were up to 1.4 - 7.4 times. Rice genotypes diversity, soil organic matter and soil texture were less able to affect the Cd absorption by rice comparing to the soil pH. The Zn/Cd ratio of soil was an important factor affecting the absorption of Cd by rice. High Zn/Cd ratio of soil tended to reduce significantly the absorption of soil Cd by rice. It may be one of the important reasons for the difference of the Cd absorption coefficient by rice among different areas at the same soil pH. [ Conclusion] The research could provide certain technical reference for scientifically managing farmland.
