摘要
目的:对个性化心理护理联合诱导护理在学龄前儿童四肢骨折护理中的应用效果进行分析探究。方法:选取80例四肢骨折的学龄前患儿,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组患儿采用常规护理措施进行护理,试验组患儿采用个性化心理护理联合诱导护理方法进行护理,对比分析两组患儿的心理状态情况。结果:两组患儿采用不同的方式进行护理后,试验组患者的并发症发生率(10.00%)明显低于对照组患者的并发症发生率(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化心理护理联合诱导护理在学龄前儿童四肢骨折护理中的应用效果显著,降低了患儿骨折治疗后并发症的发生率,安全可靠,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To explore application effect of personalized psychological care combined induced care in preschool children in nursing care of limbs fracture. Method 80 cases children in treatment of fractures were selected ,which were divided into experimental group and control group,children in the control group were given conventional nursing care measures, children in the experimental group were given the induction of personalized care and psychological care methods of care, comparative analysis of the two groups of children with mental status conditions. Results The two groups of children with different ways after the care of patients in the experimental group complication rate ( 10. 00% ) was significantly lower than the control group of patients with complication rate (50. 00qo ) ,the difference was statistically signifi- cant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The effect of personalized psychological care combined induced care in preschool children in nursing care of limbs fracture is sighivicant, significantly reduces the incidence of fractures in children after complications,it is safe and reliable,widely used in clinical practice.
