碳政策约束对企业生产和减排决策的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Emission Policy on the Production and Carbon Emission Reduction Decision of Enterprises

摘要 基于不确定需求构建碳限额、碳限额与交易、碳税三种常见碳政策下制造企业的运作和减排模型,分析其最优决策,进而分析各参数的敏感性。并通过数值分析,分析了不同碳政策下,各政策参数对于企业决策的影响,分析结论对低碳经济下企业在降低碳排放、保护环境的同时提升企业运作绩效,具有重要理论和实际应用价值,并对政府碳政策的实施具有一定的参考价值。 Based on uncertain demand, this paper constructs the operation and carbon emission reduction model of manufacturing enterprise under the three kinds of common carbon policy of carbon cap, cap and trade, and carbon tax, and analyzes the optimal decision, and the sensitivity of each parameter. And through the numerical analysis, the paper analyzes the influence of policetical parameters on the enterprise decision-making under different carbon policy. The conclusions have important theoretical and the practical application value on reducing carbon emissions, protecting environment while improving the operation performance of enterprise enterprises under the low carbon economy, and have a certain reference value to the implementation of the government's carbon policy.
