摘要
目的观察彝药我思的长期毒性。方法 SD大鼠80只,随机分为空白对照组和彝药我思高、中、低剂量组,每组20只,彝药我思各剂量组分别按10,5,2.5 g/(kg·d)灌胃给予彝药我思水煎液;空白对照组灌胃给予生理盐水,10 ml/(kg·d),均连续给药90 d,每天1次,停药恢复3周。观察一般药物反应,检测动物血液学、血液生化学、组织病理学等指标。结果彝药我思三剂量组动物在给药期结束和恢复期结束都没有出现明显的毒副反应,动物摄食量和体重增长正常,除给药结束生化检测,大、中剂量组K+水平较对照组略有升高外,其余各项检测指标均未发现与药物相关的变化。10 g/kg剂量是安全剂量。结论实验条件下连续灌胃给予彝药我思3个月,对大鼠无明显毒性。10 g/kg剂量是安全剂量。该剂量相当于临床剂量的60倍。
Objective To study the long- term toxicity of Wosi medicine of Yi nationality in China. Methods 20 of Sprague dawley rats were randomized into blank control group of normal saline for 10 m L / kg / d,and high,medium and low dose group of water extracts of Wosi medicine for 10,5 and 2. 5 g / kg / d dose group respectively by gavage administration. They were taken normal saline or water extracts of Wosi medicine by gavage continuously for 90 days,once a day,and then stopped for recovery of three weeks. The general drug reaction was observed,and the index of rat of blood,blood biochemistry and histopathology were detected. Results There was no obvious toxic reaction during the delivery and recovery period,and the rats food intake and ponderal growth were normal. Except K + level was a slight increase of medium and low dose group,there were no related toxic reaction among the results of detection index. 10 g / kg was safe dosage. Conclusion Wosi medicine by gavage administration for 90 days of rat was no obvious toxic reaction. 10 g / kg was safe dose,and it was equivalent of 60 times of clinical dosage.
