摘要
目的研究黄芪及拆分组分对脾虚水湿不化大鼠血清学指标的影响,寻找黄芪性味物质基础,为中药性味理论新假说的客观性提供科学依据。方法采用高脂低蛋白饲料加力竭游泳法复制脾虚水湿不化大鼠,考察黄芪水煎液及全部性味拆分组分(黄酮组分、皂苷组分、多糖组分、水提物组分)对模型大鼠血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、血脂(CHOL、HDL-C、LDL-C)、空腹血糖的影响。结果与模型对照组比,黄芪水煎液及全部拆分组分均可不同程度改善模型大鼠一般状况;黄芪水煎液组、多糖组、水提物组升高TP与GLB(P<0.05,P<0.01);水煎液组、黄酮组、多糖组、水提物组降低CHOL和LDL-C(P<0.05,P<0.01);水煎液组及各拆分组均升高HDL-C(P<0.05);水煎液组、多糖组降低空腹血糖(P<0.05)。结论黄芪可提高脾虚水湿不化大鼠血清总蛋白、球蛋白,降低血脂和血糖,改善脾虚水湿不化大鼠"湿阻中焦"状况,是其"性温味甘"功效体现,多糖组分和水提物组分是升高总蛋白、球蛋白的物质基础,黄酮组分、多糖组分、水提物组分是降低血脂的物质基础,多糖组分是降低血糖的物质基础。
Objective To clarify property and flavor material basis of Astragalus and provide the basis for the new hypothesis of Chinese materia medica property and flavor theory. Methods The rat with dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency syndrome was induced by high fat and low protein diet plus swimming exhaustion method. TP,ALB,GLB,CHOL,HDL- C,LDL- C,fasting glucose were taken as indexes to evaluate the effect of Astragalus and split components. Results Compared with model group,Astragalus water decoction and split components all could improve the general condition; Astragalus water decoction,polysaccharide components and aqueous extract components increased TP and GLB( P <0. 05,P <0. 01); Astragalus water decoction,flavonoid components,polysaccharide components and aqueous extract components decreased CHOL and LDL- C( P <0. 05,P <0. 01);Astragalus water decoction and all split components increased HDL- C( P <0. 05); Astragalus water decoction and polysaccharide components decreased fasting glucose( P <0. 05). Conclusion Astragalus can improve damp blockage of middle energizer in model rats,this may be the"sweet in taste and warm in nature"function reflected,polysaccharide components and aqueous extract components is mainly material basis for increasing TP and GLB,flavonoid components,polysaccharide components and aqueous extract components are mainly material basis for decreasing blood fat,polysaccharide components are the mainly material basis for decreasing fasting glucose.
