摘要
使用SYPRIS7030精密高斯计测试某350k A系列铝电解槽打壳气缸周围磁场的分布情况,对所得数据进行分析讨论,并针对可控行程铝电解槽打壳系统中行程控制开关受到打壳气缸周围磁场干扰的问题,进行磁场屏蔽方案的研究。通过研究发现,采用铁镍合金(48%镍)作为磁场屏蔽材料,对行程控制开关进行封闭屏蔽,在实际应用中效果较好。
SYPRIS7030 precision gauss meter was used to detect, analyze and discuss the distribution of magnetic field around the crust breaker system of a 350 kA series aluminum electrolytic cell. The magnetic control switch in a kind of controlled travel aluminum electrolytic cell crust breaker system was interfered by magnetic field around the crust breaker system, and magnetic shielding was proposed and studied to solve the problem. Iron-nickel alloy nickel (48%) was chosen as the magnetic field shielding material to lock and shield the travel control switch. This method has gained good effect in practical application.
