摘要
在对流化发送过程和原理进行分析的基础上,提出了通过计算流化床的临界流化速度和悬浮速度,初步确定出密相气力输送时发送罐内流化床的流化速度范围,并结合输送管道中两相流流型的观察,最终得出流化床流化速度的方法,避免了出现稀相输送的情况,同时又使发送罐内的固体物料得到了良好的流化,为进行密相气力输送奠定了基础。实验证实这种方法合理、简便、实用。
According to the analysis about the process and theory of fluidization conveying, the fluidization speed range of the fluidized bed in the sending tank was confirmed in the dense phase gas-solid conveying based on the calculation of the critical fluidization speed and suspending velocity. Then the method about the fluidization speed was obtained also considering the type of the two phase flow in the conveying pipe, which avoiding the dilute phase conveying and making a good sense to the fluidization of the solid material, which making a solid foundation for the dense phase gas conveying. And lots of conveying experiments has verified the rationality, simplicity and practicability of this method.
