羟基磷灰石对聚氨酯防火涂料阻燃抑烟性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of hydroxyapatite on fire resistance and smoke suppression of polyurethane fire-retardant coating

摘要 以聚氨酯(PU)清漆为基料,聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、三聚氰胺(MEL)为膨胀阻燃体系,配以高温颜填料钛白粉,加入羟基磷灰石(HAP)作为阻燃抑烟助剂,制备了膨胀型聚氨酯防火涂料。通过模拟大板燃烧和建材烟密度测试仪对耐燃时间和生烟量进行了测试。利用傅里叶红外测试仪(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对炭层的组成和微观形貌进行了表征,并通过热重分析仪(TGA)对防火涂料的热稳定性进行了表征。结果发现,当HAP的添加量为25.0份时,阻燃和抑烟的综合效果最佳,耐燃时间在150 min以上,烟密度等级降低近13.0。 The intumescent flame retardant polyurethane (PU) coating is prepared by addition of ammonium polyphosphate (APP), pentaerythritol (PER) and melamine (MEL). Titanium dioxide is also used as heat resisting pigment. The effect of hydroxyapatite (HAP) on the flame resistance and smoke suppression is studied through the Combustion Simulation Method and Smoke Density Test. The results show that, by adding 25% of HAP, the fire resistant time reaches more than 150 minutes ,and the smoke density grade is decreased nearly by 13.0. FT-IR results demonstrate that HAP is kept in the char of coating and SEM photos illustrate that the char containing HAP is more compact. It indicates that HAP can improve the char quality.
