摘要
目前世界海洋经济发展迅速,对世界经济的贡献率显著提升。随着世界海洋新兴产业的快速涌现,产业结构高级化特征日益凸显。近年来,上海市海洋经济规模稳步增长,重点海洋产业快速发展,海洋科技水平大幅提升,但同时存在海洋产业结构不合理、海洋科技创新驱动力不强、海洋发展区域协作体系和政策法律体系不健全等问题。提出深化海洋资源开发利用,加快产业结构调整步伐;加强重大基础设施建设,优化海洋功能区域布局;实现与自贸区联动发展,提升海洋经济开放水平等对策建议。
Marine economy is an important part of national economy,but also the future development direction of China to promote economic growth. Since the reform and opening up,the development process of China's marine economy is accelerating,emerged in Shanghai as the representative of a large number of cities which have developed marine economy. At the sight of Shanghai marine economy rapid development,attentions should be paid to the problems about the development of marine economy in Shanghai. Based on systematic analysis of the existing research,some strategies be put forward to the future of Shanghai marine economic.
