摘要
介绍了CFM56-5B发动机的起动过程以及高高原地区起动时常出现的故障,如起动悬挂、热起动、发动机超温,这些故障会损伤发动机热端部件,缩短发动机的使用寿命。根据离心式喷嘴的雾化原理和发动机原理,结合高高原地区气压低、含氧量少的特点,分析出了在现有ECU起动逻辑下,燃油雾化质量差,剩余功率不足,富油燃烧,这些都是造成起动困难的重要原因。
This paper elaborates the starting process of CFM56‐5B engine and the faults occur when the en‐gine starts in high‐plateau area ,such as hung start ,hot start ,over‐temperature ,which will damage the engine hot section and shorten its service life .The paper analyzes the cause leading to the cold engine diffi‐culty in starting by studying the principle of pressure‐swirl atomizer ,aviation engine principle and the ex‐isting starting logic of ECU .The difficulty mainly results from the poor quality of fuel atomization ,and lack of remaining power ,oil‐rich burning at the high‐plateau which features low air pressure and oxygen deficiency .
