摘要
分析了Junin4油田浅层三维水平井的钻井技术难点,以E3-21井为例,从井身结构设计、井眼轨迹控制、钻具组合设计、下套管技术以及钻井液技术等方面介绍了浅层三维水平井的钻井技术措施。通过多年钻井实践,已完成了7口浅层大位移三维水平井钻井作业,其中E3-23井完钻井深1 984 m,垂深375 m,水平位移1 688m,水垂比4.5。形成了适合该稠油油田浅层大位移三维水平井钻井配套技术,为其推广应用提供经验和技术支撑。实践证明,提出的钻井技术措施解决了该油田钻井过程中的工程技术难题,为该油田浅层超重油油藏开发提供了切实可行的技术支持和保障,对浅层三维水平井的设计施工具有重要借鉴意义。
The drilling technical difficulties of shallow three- dimensional horizontal well in Junin 4 oilfield were analyzed.Taking the E3- 21 well as example,the drilling measures of shallow three- dimensional horizontal wells were presented based on the casing program design,wellbore trajectory control,BHA design,casing running in,drilling fluid technologies and so on. Application results in 7 3- D horizontal wells proved that the drilling measures proposed solved the drilling problems in the Junin 4 oilfield and some supporting technologies suited for Junin4 oilfield 3- D horizontal wells were formed. It provided technical support and guarantee for the development of shallow inspissated pool and had an important reference for shallow three- dimensional well design and operation.
