摘要
以广州民间金融街规划为例,分析岭南旧城中心区的空间特征与现实困境,反思以往偏重物质环境改善的改造模式,提出以产业振兴为动力的旧城改造理念,通过功能重建、空间修复、文脉传承等措施,探索符合功能变化、展现街区特色和现代生活的城市设计方法,实现旧城经济、社会和文化传承的全面发展。
Through the case study on the redevelopment planning of folk financial street of Guangzhou, this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics and problems of Lingnan old city central area, reflects the redevelopment mode which emphasis on improving the physical environment, and puts forward the idea of historic city redevelopment motivated by industry promotion, explores urban design method for social and economic sustainable development, which meets the functional changes and showing historic features and modern life through function reconstruction, spatial restoration, cultural inheritance and so on.
