甘肃省枸杞炭疽病病原生物学特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了明确甘肃省枸杞炭疽病的生物学特性,采用生长速率和孢子活性测定相结合的方法,从温度、光照、pH、湿度及营养条件几个方面对病菌菌丝生长、孢子产生及萌发的环境条件进行测定。结果表明:该病原菌菌丝在10%枸杞汁PDA培养基、25℃、pH6、葡萄糖、甘露糖、甘氨酸条件下生长最好;产孢的最佳条件为25℃、pH6、光照条件、蔗糖及硝酸钠;分生孢子在30℃、pH5、相对湿度100%条件下萌发率最高;病菌菌丝的致死温度为55℃,10min;分生孢子的致死温度为55℃,10min。本研究结果有助于对枸杞炭疽病防治提供依据。 The purpose of this paper was to make clear the biological characteristics of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.of Chinese wolfberry in Gansu Province.Biological characteristics of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.were studied by mycelia growth method and spore germination method.In this study,mycelia growth,spore production and spore germination were detected in relation to temperature,illumination,pH,relative humidity and nutritional conditions.The results showed that the optimum temperature for myceliagrowth was 25℃; 10% wolfberry juice of PDA in the 8 culture medias was the best; the optimum pH value waspH 6; the optimum carbon source was glucose and mannose; the optimum nitrogen source was Gly.25℃,pH 6,light condition,sucrose and NaNO3 were the best condition for spore production.Conidia germination rate wasthe highest at 30℃,pH 5 and 100% relative humidity condition.The mycelium and conidium could not surviveat 50℃ for 10 min and 55℃ for 10 min respectively.The results of this study provide the basis for control ofanthracnose of Chinese wolfberry.
