摘要
目的：探讨切开复位治疗舟骨骨折伴月骨脱位的临床效果，并为深入的研究提供一定依据。方法选取我院于2012年12月～2014年12月收治的32例舟骨骨折伴月骨脱位患者，对其进行回顾性分析，观察患者切开复位治疗后的临床效果并对其进行评价。结果通过对我院接收的32例舟骨骨折伴月骨脱位患者进行治疗，观察患者在其治疗后的临床效果且根据患者恢复的优良度分级可知，恢复为优患者19例，恢复为良患者10例，恢复为可患者3例，患者治疗的优良率为90.6%。结论通过研究发现，使用切开复位方法治疗舟骨骨折伴月骨脱位，能够改善患者临床治疗的效果，提高患者恢复的优良率，临床价值显著。
Objective To explore the scaphoid fractures treated by open reduction with the clinical effect of bone dislocation, and provide a certain basis for further research. Methods Selected 32 cases with scaphoid fracture associated with bone dislocation from December 2012 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, the open reduction were observed after treatment and to evaluate its clinical effect. Results Through to our receiving in 32 cases of scaphoid fracture associated with bone dislocation patients for treatment, observation of patients after the treatment the clinical effect of classiifcation and according to the recovery of patients with good degrees, restore to optimal in 19 patients, restore for 10 patients with benign, 3 cases of recovery for patient, patients was 90.6%. Conclusion Through the study found that the use of open reduction methods on treatment of scaphoid fracture associated with bone dislocation, can improve the clinical treatment effect and recovery of patients with ifne rate, period signiifcantly clinical value.
